Trama

Casey Ryback era un tempo un abilissimo membro dei Navy SEALs, esperto in missioni navali e in arti marziali. Congedato dopo aver pestato un suo superiore durante l'attacco a Panamá, lavora adesso come semplice cuoco su una nave militare, la corazzata USS Missouri. Sulla corazzata nessuno conosce il suo vero passato tranne il comandante della nave, il capitano Adams. In occasione della cessata attività dalla USS Missouri il secondo ufficiale comandante Krill, detestato tra i marinai per il suo comportamento irritante e gradasso, organizza una festa e ingaggia un gruppo di musicisti rock e intrattenitori, tra cui la spogliarellista Jordan Tate. Poco prima che la festa inizi, mentre in cambusa si lavora sodo per preparare la cena, Krill provoca Ryback per scatenare la sua reazione impulsiva e trovare quindi un motivo per rinchiuderlo in una cella frigorifera. Il gruppo di musicisti è infatti composto in realtà da un commando di rinnegati terroristi intenzionati che sequestrano tutti i marines , con l'appoggio di Krill, a trafugare il pericoloso arsenale atomico della USS Missouri.
